Performance Management



"We specifically design performance management systems as a measurement conduit from the job description of the incumbent to his/her actual work performance. In doing so, exemplary work performance is rewarded and potential areas for improved job performance are highlighted." 




We implement performance appraisal systems in the following manner:



  • An analysis of performance needs are conducted (i.e. per job, department and company)

  • An analysis of the performance criteria is conducted

  • The performance appraisal form and/or instrument is designed

  • Feedback is provided to personnel with regards to the need for a performance appraisal system and the manner in which it should be implemented

  • Evaluation criteria is designed

  • The performance appraisal system is implemented

  • The implementation of the performance appraisal system is monitored by providing initial coaching to assessors
