Performance Management​

"We specifically design performance management systems as a measurement conduit from the job description of the incumbent to his/her actual work performance. In doing so, exemplary work performance is rewarded and potential areas for improved job performance are highlighted."

We implement performance appraisal systems in the following manner:

An analysis of performance needs are conducted (i.e. per job, department and company)

An analysis of the performance criteria is conducted

The performance appraisal form and/or instrument is designed

Feedback is provided to personnel with regards to the need for a performance appraisal system and the manner in which it should be implemented

Evaluation criteria is designed

The performance appraisal system is implemented

The implementation of the performance appraisal system is monitored by providing initial coaching to assessors
