"Career guidance at a fairly young age, preferably in senior high school grades, is essential to guide subject choices in keeping with probable academic and occupational choices. Psychometric assessments provide valuable and objective evaluations of individuals for a variety of purposes. Therefore the selection of specific assessment tools will follow from the specific needs and requests of the client." 



We conduct career guidance in the following manner:



  • Psychometric assessments are performed with regards to the aptitude, potential, personality and interest

  • We make use of the following types of psychometric assessments: Intelligence, ability, personality, interest, executive skills and development, areas for development as well as innovation and talent management

  • Feedback obtained from the psychometric tests are provided to clients

  • Recommendations are provided with regards to subject choices

  • Recommendations with regards to tertiary education if applicable

  • Recommendations with regards to academic institutions

  • Reports are provided to academic institutions in support of specific academic choices.
