Coaching & Mentoring

 

"Coaching and mentoring are done within the triad framework  of the coach, coachee  and manager. The focus here is on improving the skills, knowledge and attributes of the coachee to higher levels of accomplishment. We implement the principles of positive psychology in our approach to coaching and mentoring."



We implement coaching and mentoring interventions in the following manner:



  • Conduct an assessment of the specific needs of the coachee as discussed with the incumbent, manager and any other instrumental party.

  • Submission of a proposal delineating the specific outcomes, interventions that will facilitate successful outcomes, agreement with regards to the measurement of outcomes, frequency of consultations and fees
