Swart & Associates Human Resource Management has its humble origin in the early 1990's when Dr. Hannes Swart started his own human resources practice. After completing his research studies at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, Bernard Swart joined the business in association with his father and together they co-opt associates who specialise in different areas of human resource management, should the need arise.
